CYBERSECURITY
XM Cyber needed to differentiate itself from established players, close sales and secure a second round of investment. It was also crucial to generate POCs that led to licensed installations. I drove a launch strategy, supervised public relations and digital marketing campaigns and facilitated marketing automation. I managed inbound marketing through HubSpot, SEO tools, growth hacking strategies and creative.
Through targeted webinars, premium content and creative I secured speaking opportunities, media coverage, awards and MQLS. We tracked and linked MQLS to SQLs and POCs. Within six months, lead velocity increased, CTRs were up by 250% and landing page conversions increased by 14%. Three investment companies entered POCs. VIDEO OS
Cedato set out to leverage a SaaS-based video solution, grow a marketplace and build a publisher audience in a crowded space. Recognizing the need for a bold strategy, I introduced an integrated communication and demand generation campaigns, funnelling prospects to sign up for free trials. The 7% ratio of prospect-to-trial conversion was turned around through targeted thought leadership.
To lift communications, I trained management to interview and stand out at speaking opportunities. I introduced a bold content strategy with branded terminology, premium content and Op-eds for media and social traction.
The campaign resulted in an 8% conversion rate and a 3x leads increase. Cedato’s heightened visibility and technology base helped to secure strategic and technology partnerships and awards. MORE

LIFESTORY DESIGN STORAGE
To compete in the fierce homeware jungle, we had to pivot fast from an unrecognizable range to a global brand. We needed to convince partners we could market styled-up products at a low cost. We were tasked with creating a brand voice and content to engage with buyers and position the line as an edgy brand.

Following a digital discovery, I ran a positioning and messaging workshop to build personas and the product-market fit. I developed messaging pillars, a communications strategy, content and creative.
